Zendrop MCP: Ask questions, take action

What changed:
Unlike a simple AI chat that tells you how to do something, Zendrop’s MCP connection lets an AI agent securely access approved store data and take scoped actions for you, from product searches to order tracking and fulfillment management.
That means you can use natural language like you would in a chat with an LLM to search products, check orders, pull store insights, and manage fulfillment through an AI assistant.
Why it matters:
Sometimes you just need a quick answer: Did this order ship? What products match this niche? What’s happening in my store right now?
Instead of clicking through dashboards or jumping between tabs, you can ask your AI assistant and get structured Zendrop information back in real time.
Whether you’re checking if an order shipped, looking for product opportunities, or reviewing fulfillment details, AI-assisted store management helps reduce busywork and speed up day-to-day decisions.

Wix sellers can now power their storefronts with Zendrop

What changed:
Zendrop now supports Wix stores.
Wix sellers can connect their storefront to Zendrop while continuing to use Wix as their design and storefront platform.
Zendrop helps with the operational side of the business, including product sourcing, inventory, order fulfillment, shipping, tracking, and support.
Why it matters:
Wix makes it easy to create a storefront that looks and feels like your brand. But once orders start coming in, you also need a reliable way to source products, fulfill orders, and keep customers updated.
With Zendrop now available for Wix, sellers can connect their storefront to the tools they need to manage the work that happens after checkout.
Where to find it:
Go to the Wix App Market, search for Zendrop, and add the Zendrop app to your Wix site. From there, follow the prompts to connect your store.
Manage order issues in one place

What changed:
Order Issue Management is now available directly inside Zendrop. Sellers can view issue history, respond to open issues, and create new issues without relying on scattered email threads or disconnected follow-up.
Why it matters:
When there’s a delay, tracking problem, delivery issue, refund request, reship request, address change, cancellation, wrong item, missing item, or damaged item, context matters.
This update keeps the details in one place, so it’s easier to see what happened, what needs attention, and what to do next.
Instead of piecing together the story across different channels, you can manage open issues from inside your Zendrop account and keep customer follow-up moving.
