Private agents, meant to represent your interests, have limited power and no loyalty to you. If things go wrong, you’re left to deal with the fallout alone. There’s nothing stopping the manufacturer from showing you a high-quality sample but shipping defective goods instead. For fulfillment, there’s no guarantee they won’t skip every 4th or 5th order.
Zendrop, on the other hand, is 100% accountable to you. As a US-based company, we can resolve issues and provide the support you need. If something goes wrong, we bear the risk, not you.
In a word, seamless. First, you’ll be assigned a dedicated account manager who will act as your direct connection to Zendrop. Then, your account manager will work with one of our China-based sales reps to start sourcing and negotiating the products you need. We’ll do everything for you, keep you in the loop, and make sure that you’re taken care of.
Account managers are assigned to Zendrop Private Agent users. Any seller can apply to the Zendrop Private Agent Program as long as they are doing at least 10 sales over three days.
Technically, there’s nothing stopping you from using your agent after getting a dedicated account manager. However, your agent will not be able to provide you with the same services and level of care that an account manager would provide.
Zendrop Private Agent clients are assigned three support staff: a dedicated dropshipping specialist who will proactively monitor your account, a sales rep who will be your point of contact for quotes, and an account manager will handle order-related concerns.
